All plans follow a defined scope and use content you supply or approve. E-commerce, custom software and advanced integrations are not included in standard packages and are quoted separately. Corporate is a standard business website package, not unlimited custom development.

Hosting & care
Keep your website running smoothly.
Fast hosting, backups and updates handled for you. Care plans are billed yearly in advance.
What’s a minor edit? A small change to existing content that takes up to about 30 minutes, such as updating text, prices or opening hours, or swapping an image. New pages, new sections, redesigns and new features are quoted separately. Unused edits don’t carry over to the next month.
Domain names
Billed yearly, separately from your care plan. Your domain is always registered in your name.
Optional SEO

Basic SEO setup is already included in every website. Ongoing SEO is optional, for businesses that want to compete for more searches month after month.
What we promise, and what we don’t. We commit to the monthly work listed in your plan. We can’t guarantee first-page rankings, a fixed amount of traffic or a number of leads. Nobody honestly can, because results depend on your industry, competition and website. We never use automated mass backlink schemes. Minimum initial engagement: months.

Good to know. A chatbot doesn’t guarantee sales and can’t answer every question. Important information like prices, availability or technical advice may need a human to confirm. Each plan includes a defined monthly usage quota. The exact quota, any AI provider charges and overage fees are confirmed in writing before you sign up.

The fine print, in plain words
How payment and billing work.
- 50% deposit to start your website project. The remaining 50% is paid before launch.
- Hosting care and domains are billed yearly in advance. We’ll always send a renewal notice before anything renews.
- SEO and AI chatbot plans are optional and billed monthly, separately. SEO has a 3-month minimum.
- Revisions are limited to the rounds in your package. No unlimited revisions.
- Chatbot usage follows a defined monthly quota. No unlimited AI usage.
- E-commerce, custom software and advanced integrations are not part of standard packages and are quoted separately. New features outside the agreed scope also need a quotation.
- Your domain is always registered in your name. Website handover follows full payment and the agreed licensing terms.
- No SST is added to our prices, as we’re not SST-registered.

It depends on your package, how complex the site is, and how quickly we receive your content and approvals. We’ll give you an estimated timeline in your quotation and keep you updated at every step.
Website packages cover design and build. Hosting is provided through our yearly care plans, which also include SSL, backups and support. If you already have compatible hosting, we can work with it.
Yes. Choose “I already have a domain” in the calculator and we’ll connect it to your new website.
Your domain is always registered in your name. Once your project is fully paid, your website is handed over according to our agreed terms. If your site uses any licensed premium themes or plugins, we’ll tell you upfront.
Yes. Every package includes a fixed number of revision rounds, from 1 (Starter) to 4 (Corporate). Changes beyond that are quoted before we do them.
Yes. You can move to a bigger package, add pages, or add SEO or a chatbot later. We’ll quote only the additional scope.
Every website includes basic SEO setup, and from the Business package up we also connect Google Search Console. That helps Google find and index your site, but no one can guarantee specific rankings. Ongoing SEO can help you compete for more searches.
No. Basic SEO setup is included with your website. Ongoing monthly SEO is completely optional.
Yes. A chatbot can be added to your website at any time after launch.
Your website goes offline when the paid hosting period ends. We send renewal notices well in advance, and if you’d rather move to another provider, we’ll help you migrate before it expires.
Yes. Your domain is yours, and after full payment we can provide your website files and database so it can be moved to another host.
Yes, but not in the standard packages. Online stores with carts, payments and shipping are quoted separately after a free consultation.
